Two legs from a 0845 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0845 you fix your position 147°T, 2.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 246°T at 8.3 kn until 0915, then 017°T at 5.0 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
