Two legs from a 1030 fix: where is the 1115 DR?

At 1030 you fix your position 050°T, 3.4 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 199°T at 4.9 kn until 1045, then 057°T at 4.6 kn until 1115.

Give the 1115 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
