At 1525 you fix your position 357°T, 3.2 nm from Mill stack. You steer 342°T at 7.6 kn until 1610, then 173°T at 7.8 kn until 1640.

Give the 1640 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
