At 1535 you fix your position 056°T, 2.0 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 116°T at 7.8 kn until 1600, then 018°T at 9.0 kn until 1620.

Give the 1620 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
