At 0740 you fix your position 257°T, 3.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 065°T at 6.9 kn until 0750, then 117°T at 6.4 kn until 0805.

Give the 0805 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
