At 1235 you fix your position 037°T, 1.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 325°T at 10.0 kn until 1255, then 183°T at 7.6 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
