Two legs from a 1140 fix: where is the 1250 DR?

At 1140 you fix your position 248°T, 2.6 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 245°T at 4.4 kn until 1210, then 092°T at 8.4 kn until 1250.

Give the 1250 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
