Two legs from a 1215 fix: where is the 1300 DR?

At 1215 you fix your position 015°T, 2.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 319°T at 7.5 kn until 1235, then 136°T at 9.7 kn until 1300.

Give the 1300 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
