Two legs from a 0740 fix: where is the 0850 DR?

At 0740 you fix your position 196°T, 2.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 145°T at 4.4 kn until 0815, then 283°T at 4.4 kn until 0850.

Give the 0850 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
