Two legs from a 1005 fix: where is the 1055 DR?

At 1005 you fix your position 199°T, 2.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 230°T at 4.5 kn until 1035, then 028°T at 7.6 kn until 1055.

Give the 1055 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
