Two legs from a 1230 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1230 you fix your position 006°T, 1.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 330°T at 5.4 kn until 1250, then 148°T at 9.5 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
