At 1105 you fix your position 094°T, 2.8 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 165°T at 8.8 kn until 1115, then 318°T at 4.8 kn until 1155.

Give the 1155 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
