Two legs from a 0845 fix: where is the 0945 DR?

At 0845 you fix your position 048°T, 2.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 333°T at 9.8 kn until 0900, then 096°T at 4.7 kn until 0945.

Give the 0945 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
