Two legs from a 0800 fix: where is the 0840 DR?

At 0800 you fix your position 264°T, 0.9 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 290°T at 8.6 kn until 0830, then 014°T at 8.5 kn until 0840.

Give the 0840 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
