Two legs from a 1315 fix: where is the 1440 DR?

At 1315 you fix your position 217°T, 2.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 338°T at 4.8 kn until 1400, then 189°T at 6.9 kn until 1440.

Give the 1440 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
