Two legs from a 1430 fix: where is the 1540 DR?

At 1430 you fix your position 135°T, 1.4 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 027°T at 9.9 kn until 1500, then 181°T at 6.0 kn until 1540.

Give the 1540 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
