Two legs from a 0840 fix: where is the 0930 DR?

At 0840 you fix your position 033°T, 1.9 nm from Kittle water tank. You steer 247°T at 5.1 kn until 0850, then 297°T at 8.0 kn until 0930.

Give the 0930 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
