At 1310 you fix your position 067°T, 2.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 314°T at 8.7 kn until 1320, then 358°T at 4.9 kn until 1355.

Give the 1355 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
