Two legs from a 1405 fix: where is the 1450 DR?

At 1405 you fix your position 278°T, 3.0 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 141°T at 4.0 kn until 1430, then 200°T at 7.3 kn until 1450.

Give the 1450 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
