Two legs from a 0810 fix: where is the 0900 DR?

At 0810 you fix your position 345°T, 2.0 nm from Mill stack. You steer 285°T at 4.0 kn until 0820, then 013°T at 6.3 kn until 0900.

Give the 0900 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
