At 1345 you fix your position 348°T, 3.1 nm from Mill stack. You steer 274°T at 5.6 kn until 1415, then 304°T at 5.8 kn until 1430.

Give the 1430 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
