At 0940 you fix your position 013°T, 2.3 nm from Mill stack. You steer 299°T at 5.1 kn until 1010, then 043°T at 5.4 kn until 1045.

Give the 1045 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
