Two legs from a 0700 fix: where is the 0730 DR?

At 0700 you fix your position 068°T, 2.7 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 310°T at 4.8 kn until 0710, then 074°T at 9.4 kn until 0730.

Give the 0730 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
