Two legs from a 1555 fix: where is the 1635 DR?

At 1555 you fix your position 009°T, 1.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 040°T at 7.4 kn until 1615, then 170°T at 4.0 kn until 1635.

Give the 1635 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
