Two legs from a 0800 fix: where is the 0905 DR?

At 0800 you fix your position 047°T, 1.4 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 274°T at 4.0 kn until 0820, then 045°T at 9.1 kn until 0905.

Give the 0905 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
