Two legs from a 1535 fix: where is the 1605 DR?

At 1535 you fix your position 207°T, 2.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 274°T at 8.6 kn until 1545, then 150°T at 4.5 kn until 1605.

Give the 1605 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
