At 0915 you fix your position 249°T, 2.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 248°T at 4.9 kn until 0940, then 053°T at 8.3 kn until 1020.

Give the 1020 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
