Two legs from a 0930 fix: where is the 1010 DR?

At 0930 you fix your position 210°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 280°T at 5.9 kn until 1000, then 077°T at 7.9 kn until 1010.

Give the 1010 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
