At 0815 you fix your position 042°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 347°T at 9.2 kn until 0835, then 308°T at 4.3 kn until 0850.

Give the 0850 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
