At 1420 you fix your position 031°T, 3.2 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 165°T at 8.3 kn until 1500, then 278°T at 5.4 kn until 1520.

Give the 1520 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
