Two legs from a 1235 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1235 you fix your position 237°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 133°T at 5.0 kn until 1255, then 269°T at 4.9 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
