Two legs from a 1530 fix: where is the 1555 DR?

At 1530 you fix your position 358°T, 1.5 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 065°T at 6.8 kn until 1540, then 035°T at 6.4 kn until 1555.

Give the 1555 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
