Two legs from a 1250 fix: where is the 1345 DR?

At 1250 you fix your position 074°T, 2.6 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 290°T at 8.0 kn until 1305, then 085°T at 7.6 kn until 1345.

Give the 1345 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
