Two legs from a 0900 fix: where is the 0940 DR?

At 0900 you fix your position 039°T, 3.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 194°T at 4.2 kn until 0920, then 106°T at 7.7 kn until 0940.

Give the 0940 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
