Two legs from a 0820 fix: where is the 0850 DR?

At 0820 you fix your position 023°T, 2.8 nm from Mill stack. You steer 335°T at 9.9 kn until 0840, then 155°T at 8.9 kn until 0850.

Give the 0850 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
