At 0805 you fix your position 279°T, 3.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 048°T at 8.3 kn until 0815, then 293°T at 5.2 kn until 0825.

Give the 0825 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
