At 1010 you fix your position 071°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 143°T at 5.2 kn until 1020, then 356°T at 9.4 kn until 1035.

Give the 1035 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
