Two legs from a 1545 fix: where is the 1700 DR?

At 1545 you fix your position 270°T, 1.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 297°T at 6.0 kn until 1620, then 165°T at 8.0 kn until 1700.

Give the 1700 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
