At 0840 you fix your position 071°T, 1.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 070°T at 8.0 kn until 0900, then 313°T at 6.7 kn until 0910.

Give the 0910 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
