Two legs from a 1300 fix: where is the 1420 DR?

At 1300 you fix your position 060°T, 2.7 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 274°T at 6.2 kn until 1340, then 213°T at 6.2 kn until 1420.

Give the 1420 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
