Two legs from a 1245 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1245 you fix your position 255°T, 2.4 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 075°T at 4.2 kn until 1300, then 331°T at 7.5 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
