Two legs from a 1215 fix: where is the 1305 DR?

At 1215 you fix your position 316°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 221°T at 8.2 kn until 1235, then 075°T at 4.2 kn until 1305.

Give the 1305 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
