At 1435 you fix your position 004°T, 2.8 nm from Mill stack. You steer 298°T at 9.1 kn until 1500, then 047°T at 8.2 kn until 1535.

Give the 1535 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
