Two legs from a 1050 fix: where is the 1135 DR?

At 1050 you fix your position 220°T, 3.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 247°T at 7.9 kn until 1115, then 073°T at 7.9 kn until 1135.

Give the 1135 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
