Two legs from a 1330 fix: where is the 1410 DR?

At 1330 you fix your position 264°T, 3.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 142°T at 9.9 kn until 1355, then 248°T at 7.9 kn until 1410.

Give the 1410 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
