At 1145 you fix your position 043°T, 3.5 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 332°T at 5.6 kn until 1215, then 198°T at 5.3 kn until 1240.

Give the 1240 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
