Two legs from a 1150 fix: where is the 1240 DR?

At 1150 you fix your position 025°T, 3.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 123°T at 4.6 kn until 1230, then 311°T at 7.0 kn until 1240.

Give the 1240 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
