Two legs from a 1515 fix: where is the 1630 DR?

At 1515 you fix your position 311°T, 1.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 216°T at 4.9 kn until 1555, then 296°T at 8.5 kn until 1630.

Give the 1630 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
