At 1340 you fix your position 133°T, 1.6 nm from Westfield church spire. You steer 151°T at 6.4 kn until 1355, then 065°T at 4.0 kn until 1430.

Give the 1430 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
