Two legs from a 0750 fix: where is the 0850 DR?

At 0750 you fix your position 055°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 144°T at 5.4 kn until 0820, then 030°T at 9.7 kn until 0850.

Give the 0850 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
